`Digest` header is missing

Digest is a standard header, but it's not included in the list of constant headers.

Yea I'm wondering the same thing. Why isn't this header included?

Ah I see. #539 and #67 would seem to indicate that deprecated headers should not be included as standard headers. And it seems like Digest is no longer standard at least according to MDN
