Default to using ghcr.io for Hyperledger images and add new TEST_NETWORK_THIRD_PARTY_CONTAINER_REGISTRY config env var to use an alternative registry for couchdb etc. See hyperledger#1410 Signed-off-by: James Taylor <jamest@uk.ibm.com>
