Populated the previously empty README.adoc with full documentation of: - 7 core CI scripts (~2,500+ lines of code) - Detection capabilities (14+ languages, 15+ package managers, 20+ test frameworks) - CI/CD platform integration (GitHub Actions, GitLab CI) - Test suite (17 BATS tests) - Architecture diagram - Quick start guide - Configuration options - Roadmap summary with current status
