Customize Registration Page

The Afghanistan team has decided to re-activate ASDC to the humanitarian agencies. Currently, the registration page is still closed but if it's activated, there are certain fields that need to be customized as we'll only be targeting humanitarian actors. Previously, any user could register an account without any standardize format when inputting organization information (ex: They could type iMMAP and Information Management and Mine Action Programs). This makes the admin should continously monitor every new user registered in the platform and correcting the organization information so that we could derived an insightful statistics.

Customize the form in the registration page so the user could select a standardize information related with organization

Acceptance Criteria

• User should be able to see a dropdown when choosing organization
• When opening the organization name dropdown, user could type to make them easier looking for the organization name (autocomplete)
• Organization type should be automatically selected according to the chosen organization name
• Organisation Name Status should be automatically selected according to the chosen organization name
• Organization Acronym should be automatically selected according to the chosen organization name

Done with this commit. In register new user page, visitor can select organization, then the organization acronym, type, and status input fields will be auto populated. When their organization is not listed, they can click 'Request Add Organization'. Organization dropdown still in input select.

Posible improvement:

• replace organization dropdown input select with autocomplete
• user test
