-There were some issues with the header images. it supports the change between light and theme on application-level change but not on the local theme toggle change. -I use the flyout instead of teaching tips since the implementation of that control is not done at the time being.

Porting Design sections with Typography Page from WinUI3 Gallery
The related controls were left unfilled because, in the future if the item page is updated like in WinUI3 it will no longer display related controls but instead show the namespace and inheritance
