Raise in-flight adjustment count from 12 to 20 #5984

Current Behavior
There are up to 12 in flight adjustments that can be set to change values in flight via the OSD
Desired Behavior
I'd like to see up to 20 values to change in flight
Suggested Solution
raise the in flight adjustment count to 20. It would be fine if the last 8 are only in CLI and not via configurator to keep it simple and to keep the sliders more easy to use in the GUI.
Who does this impact? Who is this for?
This is especially for experienced users who likes to do extremely precise and complex tuning to get the best flying experience with the least amount of needed launches.
Additional context
Darren Lines and I working together on a new OpenTX Preset for Pro-Users that will allow a lot if in flight adjustments. We will use trim buttons to switch between the items and change values. As OpenTX will allow us very precise channel control via that method we can set much more than just 12 channel positions. We would like to use 50us increments so this would allow us to address up to 20 values to adjust in flight for tuning.
