With nav_overrides_motor_stop = ALL_NAV the motors will spin at throttle_idle as soon as the arm is hit, so replacing getThrottleIdleValue() with motorConfig()->mincommand the motors will be forced to stay off until the throttle is raised.
The issue appeared in #6312

@digitalentity yep, please take a look over this discussion #6312 to see my point of view and the justification of the current commit b672f53, besides these 2 commits are 2 variants of fixing with different behaviour. Thanks
