The virtual current sensor currently doesn't register current with throttle low/throttle stop set making it inaccurate when Nav modes are used with throttle stop override set to maintain motors running. This PR fixes the issue by taking the Nav modes and throttle stop override settings into account when calculating the current.

Virtual current sensor improved by taking into account ability to run motors in Nav modes with throttle low and motor stop active.
