Fixes a problem caused by saving settings on disarm which resets the Failsafe config while it's still active which in turn prevents the Failsafe arm blocker from resetting correctly. Landing detection disarming also changed so disarming is handled by Failsafe if active. Failsafe messages also fixed so they make sense.
