Compass support has been fairly inconsistent across targets, mainly because adding support to a new compass chip would need changes to all targets.
This centralizes the list of compass drivers in common_post.h
As a side benefit, most targets now support all compass drivers, with very few exceptions, like some targets that appear to have an onboard compass provided by mpu9250.
