Is there any benchmarking code available?

I have some improvements I want to add, but it would be nice if there was some premade benchmark code to do some comparisons.

Hi!

No, there's none.
This whole thing started as me trying to understand BC compression better, and was never intended to be the fastest or best out there.
Thanks to @aras-p speed was improved, but I personally was never interested in "being the fastest" so never even though of implementing benchmarking.

But if you would like to implement it - by all means do it! I'll gladly accept it :)

Well, I guess for C I can just use some for loops.

I have some improvements I implemented in my own bc decoders as well, that could be useful here, esp with relation to the implied zeroes in bptc. Should make bc6 and 7 substantially faster (was a 30% diff in Java).
