Support new unified selection system for PropertyComparisonTable

Currently, PropertyComparisonTable accepts selection as KeySet, which is part of deprecated unified selection system. KeySet is being replaced by Selectables from @itwin/unified-selection package. PopertyComparisonTable should accepts Selectables

Hi @GintV , I'm about to release a package update that addresses this issue. Is there a specific place where you would like to consume the updated package? I only ask because this will probably result in some changes on the consumer side to use the new unified selection system.
