Newlines don't work at all

I'm aware of the issue caused by newlines, may I kindly request for the steps to reproduce the bug?

Its simply just:

1. Open the editor
2. Write something
3. Press enter
4. newlines will look like that

I had tried running the program on several different environments, but I'm unable to reproduce the bug. May I ask for some general information such as the operating system and browser version this bug occurred on?
