In 19.2 with just Parcool, First Aid, and Adrenaline Rush 'breaking' your fall doesn't do anything and all damage is dealt to the head. I believe this is because Adrenaline Rush must change something specifically with how fall-damage is calculated. It isn't on the CF page as far as I can tell, but the mod description in the 'mods' menu ingame reads "You'll have 0.5 HP instead of dying when fall from height".
(I also noticed that the cause of death is considered as 'shot by an arrow' rather than falling, though I'm not sure if that's relevant)
sorry for the edit, during testing I messed up with what mods I was looking at and thought it was WATUT.
PS : it'd probably warrant it's own issue, but it might be interesting to add intercompatibility between these two mods as well, with the 'adrenaline' effect acting like Morphine and temporarily disabling debuffs. Or it might be better to just implement something like this as an optional thing in the config instead.
