Fix #290 by assuming full sphere symmetry when SPHERICAL coordinates with 1 dimension but COMPONENTS>=2
NB: this is a relatively ill-posed problem as it is not strictly 1D in spherical coordinates when components >= 2 (because by definition, curvature terms like the centrifugal force depends explicitly on theta).
Therefore: I am not sure this should be merged.
