With this change, the configuration option that controls who can send private messages to other occupants in a MUC room has been added to the representation of a MUC room. Strictly, this breaks the compatiblity of the MUCRoom entity, as a new property is added. To reflect this, I've bumped the version of this plugin more than just one a patch level.
