If we can find the GitHub (or GitLab?) repositories it might be nice to replace the calls in small PRs?

Is this still something we consider doing (https://github.com/search?q=org%3Acran%20%20igraph%3A%3Agraph(&type=code)? Besides graph, there are a lot of other deprecated functions that are still in use. My take would be to not do this. Not because I am lazy, just because I think that this should be the task of the maintainers. The deprecation warning(s) are active since a long time
