Update goto and hash extension for subslide distinctions

• Update goto to take multiple arguments. If there are two arguments, they represent topLevelSlideIndex, subslideIndex, subslideIndex... on down.
• Add subslideConnector string option to hash module. This would be used in generating ids so we end up with something like `id="slide-14-3".
