Changing date popup on web shows the current time instead of the date and time of the asset.

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

The popup on web to change the date and time does not show the date of the image anymore. It used to work, but is broken today. Reproducable on demo.immich.app

Reproduction steps

Select and image or video on demo.immich.app.
Select change date
Observe suggested date is current timestamp and not original date & time of the image.

Confirmed the issue when editing in Timeline, right.

As a workaround you can click the photo (open it in the Photo Viewer) and edit its time in the sidebar "Details" panel.
The "Details" panel has code/logic to populate datetime:

Maybe that logic can be applied in Timeline as well, currently it uses now() for initialDate (which makes sense in case when multiple photos are selected):
