Memories are not updated on web over midnight

I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

Photos page is not updated while entering Photos page over midnight. Only F5 refreshes them.

2. Jump to any other section.
3. Wait until the midnight passes and enter Photos again.
