Release - v1.0.0-SNAPSHOT

This is the initial version of the Server Control plugin. It is fully functional but further functionality might be added before a full release.

• Added translations support
• Added config support
• Added support for starting backend servers using configurable scripting language (configure in config.yml)
• Added polling functionality to check if backend server has started up
• Added join functionality to redirect players to backend servers
• Added delayed join functionality to redirect players once the backend server has started up
