Comparison to BeeWare?

First, thanks for all the work so far on this. It seems like a great project with lots of potential.

I'm curious how it compares/relates to the BeeWare ecosystem, with its tagline of "Write once, Deploy everywhere". In particular, Briefcase seems like it covers similar ground, as a "distutils extension to assist in packaging Python projects as standalone applications". Among other things, it looks like it creates installers for Windows and macOS.

Yes, a comparison to BeeWare / Briefcase is definitely needed.

I did a quick test at jamesabel/spafit#2 , and briefcase was surprisingly better than cx_Freeze, however I didnt dig around for any voodoo to help cx_Freeze with Qt.

Also some notes about it at https://github.com/storyscript/community/issues/8 ; in short voc looks very good but doesnt implement everything (https://github.com/beeware/voc/pulls), but briefcase has zero tests (beeware/briefcase#83).
