Code included is for the Concept Profiling Framework and Enhanced Concept Profiling Framework.

To use:
1) Install MOA and include this code in the moa.classifiers source folder
2) Initialise CPF.java or ECPF.java as you would any classifier for MOA with code included in the correct folders
