Publish InputStickAPI to Maven

If InputStickAPI were published to Maven Central (http://central.sonatype.org/) it would be easier to use it as a dependency. (E.g. upgrading to a new release would be simple as changing the dependency version number.) Thanks!

seems like a good idea : i was thinking of turning it into full on kvm app in combination iwth a usb-c capture card 🤔
