Add button instead of dropdown

Instead of having a dropdown, it'd be imperative to have a button that lets you choose historical versions of the documentation.

Thanks @cicdguy ! If it's simpler, we could just have the option to not add the dropdown menu. to the navbar of the pkgdown site
