Couldn't convert QTI 1.2 to 2.1 error logs critical issue

Hi All

I am using this open source tool https://github.com/instructure/canvas-lms and https://github.com/instructure/QTIMigrationTool
I am facing some critical urgent issue
Please help on the same.
I have installed above 2 repos and also installed python lxml packages.
I am using ubuntu 20.04 and while importing the course content , i am geting below error.

I can provide the imscc file if needed.
