CoinGecko Oracle keeps failing

In the past we unfreqeuntly encountered intermediate unavailability of the CoinGecko endpoints. However, currently we constantly fail to get the exchange rate from there. We already added a new api key to check if the old one has expired, but it did not help. This needs some further investigation, but we will not block PR merges because of that.

After a bit of investigation:

compiled with SGX_MODE=HW SGX_DEBUG=1 WORKER_mode=teeracle

Running natively (on Manjaro) - works fine

compiled with SGX_MODE=SW SGX_DEBUG=1 WORKER_mode=teeracle

Running natively (in simulation mode) (on Manjaro) - works fine

However if I compile it with the docker build ... command (like the GHA runner does) it will produce a binary that will fail in the container and on my host OS as well. It seems that something gets misconfigured during compile time which is why it fails with kind: InvalidData, error: WebPKIError(UnknownIssuer,),

I have another computer running Ubuntu 20.04 (Focal), so hopefully I can reproduce the build without docker magic 🤞.

I can reproduce the same with a teeracle build in the integritee-dev container: Ubuntu 20.04
