Fix Jenkins

After the node update integritee-network/integritee-node#95 Jenkins has stopped running.
I'm guessing this is because of the new feature skip-extrinsic-filtering. ?

Question: Should Jenkins be fixed by building the node with this extrisinc filtering skipping?

@brenzi What's your take on this issue? What should Jenkins be used to check for?

Yes, Jenkins should skip-the-filtering. It is meant to test if the worker is functional. The filter will be removed anyhow in the future. It was only meant to prevent arbitrary transactions during the launch phase of the Integritee live network.
