README.md:51 — remove `willow-channel` row from crate table; the crate was deleted but the listing still referenced it. README.md:89 — replace "22 EventKind variants" with non-numeric phrasing; current count is ~24 and was drifting. CLAUDE.md:327 — replace "17 variants" of EventKind with non-numeric phrasing for the same drift reason. Closes #255.
