This PR add two Makefile commands to automatically generate all documentation's generated assets, to ease edition and creation of such images.
It also normalize generation of all files (one file was not in generated folder, one was in svg format).
Some image have been regenerated with latest version of tools and have a different style.
Finally, all image are generated with 300 DPI to ensure smooth rendering on screen with high DPI.
