This PR adds bold styling to the dream> prompt and to the outputs section. It also numbers each file that is outputted in preparation for a new feature that will allow users to refer back to previous outputs, use them as inputs, or recover their prompt settings. Only tested on Linux, but hopefully works on Mac and Windows too. Not dependent on readline library.
