Service Proxies: Log requests to console

Similar to the logging of console logs (-c) or server requests (-s) it would be nice to have the Service Proxies' requests in there to see what requests come in and where they are redirected to.

This works for v1 projects in CLI 4, but I believe app-scripts would need updating to complete this issue.

@kevin-barrientos Adding features to @ionic/app-scripts is not our priority at this time.
