Consistent nomenclature for app identifiers #3038
Description
We use "App ID" too much. What does it mean? The directory name? The App ID on Ionic Pro? The bundle ID for AppStore?
These are the new names for these IDs:
Directory name & package name (the --project-id option of ionic start): "Project ID"
Android "Application ID" or AppStore "Bundle ID": "Package ID"
Display name (the first argument to ionic start): "Name"
Ionic Pro App ID: "Pro ID"
