Add IOTMER organization README and GitHub profile page

The .github repo had only a stub # .github heading — no description of IOTMER or its platform.

Changes

• README.md — Full org-level README covering IOTMER's platform capabilities (MQTT/HTTP/TCP connectivity, device management, cert-based auth, enterprise integration, audit trails), target industries, open-source repos, and website link.

• profile/README.md — GitHub organization profile page (displayed publicly on the iotmertech org page). More concise layout of the same content, structured for quick scanning by visitors landing on the org.
