This discussion repo has gone dormant, so I think it'd be beneficial to move its content to https://discuss.ipfs.io/

• Won't cause any disruption since no one is actively participating in these issues;
• If anything it might reignite some discussions.
• Will make the content more SEO friendly.
• The forum format is better suited to these highly theoretical, bikeshed-y conversations.

Also keep in mind there's a tool for migrating GitHub issues to Discourse.
