Not sure why it is/was installed. Remove dependencies as well that seem unnecessary and install pipdeptree to make it easier to find those issues later.

That fixes the windows + 3.7, but i'd like to get @SylvainCorlay input as he was the one who added metadata-importlib and argcomplete> |
