It's been about a month since last release, so I'm going to try to make a new release with the fixes accumulated since then.

As I don't often use Jupyter releaser I might be doing things wrong.

Couple of notes: "Use PRs with activity since the last stable git tag" could be made a boolean in the form, as I think it only accepts true/false right ? Might need some code change as "false" would be a non-empty string which may be truthy in some scripts.

That feature isn't available in GitHub yet, everything is a text input
