Add Masternode support

I spot that some coins who use iquidus explorer have working masternode tab, I would be thankful if someone tell me how to make this work. Thanks.

luxleather this has been added by some derivatives of iquidus diquidus is the one i've found to have masterndoes tab working.

We will be looking into Masternodes for 1.8.x or 2.x of Iquidus. We need to tackle the idea of there being no clear standard for how RPC commands are named.
