Duplicate blocks shown with different TX's

New setup, having issue where explorer showing multi tx's for the same block so in the block list i see same block number multi times. anyone know a fix for this.

Unless I'm misunderstanding something, this is by design. A block can have many tx's. This block explorer does not have a view where you see blocks only, the main page shows a list of transactions. Your screenshot looks normal to me.
