[Question] Deformable Bodies (Beta) Support

Question

Since Kit 107.3 (Isaac Sim 5.0.0 and 5.1.0), Deformable Bodies (Beta) is introduced, with the old deformable bodies marked as Deformable Bodies (Deprecated).

Are there plans to make the new deformable bodies (Beta) APIs available for Isaac Lab, potentially via deformable objects? Thanks!

Hi, Thanks for posting this. Yes we plan to support the new deformable bodies (Beta) APIs in Isaac Lab but this has not been tasked yet due to other higher priority tasks.
