Differential interferometry

I have tried to generate some interferograms with this code, and with a few tweaks it runs very well!
I see some fringes that seem to match the topography of the region.
If I have read the code correctly (including depending repos dolphin and isce3), there still is topographic phase in the resulting interferogram, am I correct? If not, can you help me find the relevant code?

Great that you got it working!

So it's the input processor that determines whether or not there is the topographic phase remaining. E.g. for the geocoded SLC workflow using isce3, this flatten argument subtracts the topographic phase from the output.

Can you post an image of the topographic fringes you are seeing? It's possible that it's just "topographically correlated" troposphere noise

Thanks for the quick reply. Good to know that it's called a flattened phase here! I can find it back in the isce3 code now as well.

Looking at a well-studied eruption near Reykjanes to have a good signal.
My worries were mainly in the east of the image, where some of the weaker fringes coincide with the terrain.

The water mask based is not present so far up north, so that may also have something to do with the quality of the result, at least the unwrapping step. Wondering how to implement a custom/user supplied water mask.
