- comment out buggy unit test due to missing files
- create pep8autoformat file for formatting code
- docs
- manual for AstToEncoreConverter.py because of parsing issue
- comment out unit test due to missing files -added test_utils, a class holding functions for checking stuff -added check_path_exists and integrating it to make sure
