Suggestion by @alex000kim:

an idea:
split them into sections e.g. ml frameworks; applications types (fastapi, streamlit, etc); and deployment targets (heroku, fly, sagemaker).

Suggestion by @daavoo:

Maybe also add href to the homepage of each integration?

For ML frameworks we can redirect to a general "save ML models" page, where it's noted MLEM saved any framework, including <...>.
