Add missing links to Frameworks on the main page

#278 added links to some framework logos on the main page.

We need to add few more:

1. For ML frameworks - once we add some examples in docs for them.
2. For Fly.io - once we add docs for that integration
3. For rabbitmq - once we add some examples to the docs integration page
