[WIP] Fix 405 method not allowed error in TTS synthesis

Thanks for asking me to work on this. I will get started on it and keep this PR's description up to date as I form a plan and make progress.

Original prompt

So my app repository ASR works, but TTS still does not work at multiple times, and it's
hard to try a couple times, and it still does change the routing on NGINX to something,
but it's still not working.
So yeah, I'm quite sure what to do, because I'm not getting any errors on, am I getting
any errors on Docker and my Docker log, so I assume that it has to be a, and I can also
go to part of the API, but I guess everything, no matter what side I go, no matter what
I go to, I guess it does send me just to the main page to the endpoints, but I don't
know.
And when I try and run a synthesis, it says 405 method not allowed, and then yes, synthesis
failed.
So yeah, not quite sure what to do about that if you could check out the repo.
And if you can figure it out, maybe give me a pull request, I have an agent look at it, but
I don't know how it needs to write some tests that we can actually tell that it's doing
the right thing.
I don't know how to do it, but whatever test it's been running, they haven't been working.
And then also, I'm supposed to have a folder for add-ons, so I don't know how the Olam
of is included, unless maybe there is one, if there is one, then maybe it just needs to
be added to the, to the read me, which also doesn't need to be updated, I don't want the
yacking there anymore, there's some, there's some images in there that I would like to use
and change that.
And I don't like the tagline, like, yeah, fast, like, listen faster, whatever, the tagline
is local speech tools, unless there's something you could do with private and YAP or something
like that, but for now it's, yeah, that's not overcomplicated, yeah, self hosted speech tools.
Yeah, if you could clean up the read me as well, that'd be great, thanks.
Along with fixing this TTS problem.
