This will close #97 and #101
Basically adds
ggandGkeybinds (a la vim) for going to the top/bottom of the page, and updates the help page to only show kitty keybindings when one is using kitty (and shows a little 'hiding kitty keybindings since you're not using kitty'-type message when you're not)
