To formulate that, there's a new environment parset. Also, this adds a changelog appendix (that is probably incomplete for the changes already applied).

To formulate that, there's a new environment parset.
For now, I have added three items on coordinate systems. The barycentre recommendation may deserve some more discussion, but in the solar system different refpositions would probably really kill discoverability because parallaxes are so huge.
Also, someone should probably add HelioCenter to the refpos vocabulary.
