Responsive behavior involving image and a text, that the text will end up completely under the image

Is it possible to achieve this responsive behavior, described in the attached image. Basically there is an image and a text. Image never gets resized, but the text area gets smaller eventually the text wraps around the image, and then it is completely underneath the image.
