Save thread with output file

Add the option to save the thread alongside the output file for quick recall.

This could be toggleable between two options (or none at all)

1. Save the thread as metadata in the output file itself
2. Save a thread file with the same name as the output file

Implementing a custom file browser would allow you to see which files contain meta data and load that and preview the sound. In addition loaded files with metadata could prompt to load the thread that created them
