exit code 9 and 256

Hello, I tried to install following the description, but I keep having this trouble.. exit code 9 and 256, can someone help me? thx in advance and can't wait to try it out!

If someone experience the same issue, you just go to the cdprogs folder, select all, right key on the mouse and let the mac open all of them, it will recognize them as not a malware.
